Why shouldn't I use an online estimator?
- It's hard to properly assess damage through photos. To be fair to you and your pocketbook, we owe you an in person inspection.
How long will my car repair take?
- Each auto repair timeline varies; while we meet most of our timeline repairs, occasionally things change due to a delay in parts shipment or additional damage found during the car teardown process. We will communicate with you every step of the way so you're aware of the repair status of your vehicle.
Do you take my car insurance?
- Yes! We work with all insurance companies.
If I use car insurance, how long will parts take to arrive?
- This depends on what manufacturer the insurance company uses for part replacements.
If I don’t use car insurance, how long will the parts take to arrive?
- Usually it takes a minimum of five business days, if parts are not on backorder; parts shipment varies among suppliers.
What paint do you use?
- We use Spies Hecker. Through Spies Hecker, we use high-technological tools to formulate the original paint coat of your vehicle
